WL Construction Limited is currently developing a 92-bed, 4-star hotel in Akure, designed to become the city’s premier destination for meetings, conferences, and events. The project features multiple restaurants, a swimming pool, gym, conference hall, meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art event centre, and an on-site car park with capacity for over 110 vehicles.

Upon completion, the Hotel will offer Deluxe and Superior rooms as well as Executive Suites, each furnished to deliver an upscale hospitality experience. In addition to the main in-house restaurant, the property will feature a 70-seat rooftop restaurant and bar, offering guests a premium dining experience with exceptional cuisine and views. The 160-person conference hall will be equipped with soundproof acoustics to ensure excellent event experiences without disrupting in-house guests, while the meeting rooms will be fitted with teleconferencing facilities for boardroom-style or strategy sessions.

The Event Centre, with a capacity of up to 600 guests, will be finished with contemporary interiors and include dedicated lavatories, washrooms, and a fully equipped service kitchen. Together with the Hotel’s 92 rooms and suites, this facility is positioned to create a unique niche for large-scale events and hospitality in Akure.

• Mechanical and Electrical works (MEP)
• Furnishing Fitting and Equipment (FFE)
• Kitchen and Laundry set up
• External works (including lawn, driveway, garden, outdoor leisure)
