The scope includes extensive hospitality and recreational amenities: nine restaurants (including a rooftop dining space and 6th-floor executive lounge), waterslides, swimming pools, spa, multiple conference rooms, and an event centre. The redevelopment includes construction of a new 11-floor hotel block and a five-level car park with capacity for 250 vehicles.
Upon completion, the hotel will offer Deluxe rooms (27 sqm), Superior rooms (32 sqm), Executive Suites (37 sqm), and two-bedroom apartments (over 150 sqm). The event centre accommodates up to 850 persons and is equipped with soundproofing and advanced audio-visual systems.
The facility will provide accommodation, event hosting capability, and parking for over 400 vehicles
